All custom web development projects are delivered pursuant to formal scopes of work, milestones, and deliverable sign-offs. Upon full payment of project invoices, the client receives full ownership rights to the final customized codebase and media assets.
For GST, Company Incorporation, MSME, ITR, Trademark, and regulatory licensing services, the client warrants that all documents and information provided are genuine, authentic, and lawfully obtained. Lakshya acts as an authorized filing facilitator on official government portals.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
